Situated between the Mediterranean Sea and a century-old pine forest, this neighborhood has long been a summer retreat for bourgeois families, aristocrats, and the crème de la crème of European bohemia since the days of “Spain is different.”

But today, Terreno is, above all, a neighborhood. And this hotel, more than a hotel, is that neighborhood.

HISTORIC BUILDING

A building with soul, reimagined.
The blend of presence, personality, good taste, and uniqueness gives it charisma. Our historic building is an ode to El Terreno, a refuge with its own soul where the original architecture coexists with a contemporary vision. The renovation respects David Oliver’s creative legacy and adds layers of modernity through Hughet ceramic floors, La Pecera furniture, and a custom-designed bar by Dos Monos. A place where living is easy, natural, and authentic, with open views of the neighborhood and Bellver forest.

When you want to be part of the neighborhood and carry the cultural and historical heritage of El Terreno, anything less will not do. Our modern building is born as a wellness retreat, where natural wood and abundant light create a serene and contemporary atmosphere. The rooms, all with private balconies, feature art by Albert Piña and handcrafted elements from La Fiore, adding texture, character, and natural sophistication. A space designed to slow down, reconnect, and become part of the neighborhood from a contemporary perspective.
