(hereinafter, EL TERRENO BARRIO HOTEL), with Tax ID number B22898522 and registered office at Plaza Mediterráneo, 5, 07014 Palma, Balearic Islands (Spain), also serving as the address for notifications, and registered with the Commercial Registry under Sheet PM-104812.
